KH Holder lives on the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland, where she finally traded the world of human resources for the world of imagination. With degrees in English and Human Resource Development, she brings a love of language and a deep understanding of people to every story she writes. KH delights in crafting romance, fantasy, science fiction, and mystery novels in which strong heroines rise, grow, and find partners who are just as ready to stand with them as they are to stand on their own. A lifelong reader and writer—with a few high-school poetry publications to prove it—she now shares her writing life with seven rescued cats who firmly believe they are her real editors.
