Carlos E. Gutierrez Ferrete is a senior operations executive with more than 25 years of experience leading large-scale distribution networks and complex supply chain organizations. He has served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief Supply Chain Officer, overseeing multi-site operations, enterprise transformation initiatives, and high-performing teams in demanding environments.

Throughout his career, Carlos has focused on building disciplined organizations, raising leadership standards, and delivering consistent results at scale. His work has spanned operational strategy, network optimization, and the development of leaders capable of executing in complex and dynamic settings.

He holds a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM). Carlos also serves on the advisory board of the Business School at The Citadel.
