Kenneth Wiener is an author, trumpeter, clarinetist, entrepreneur, and technology developer whose wide range of interests often shape the stories he writes. Music has been a lifelong passion, with trumpet as his primary instrument, and many of his books include themes connected to musicians and the creative process.
Much of Kenneth’s writing explores science fiction and speculative ideas inspired by his interest in emerging technology, artificial intelligence, and the future of innovation. Some of his story ideas come from vivid dreams he has had. One such dream about a powerful storm at a shopping mall became the inspiration for his first published book, Echo at the Mall, with more stories currently in development.
In addition to writing and music, Kenneth works in home inspection and real estate, giving him a practical understanding of construction and engineering. Originally from West Bloomfield, Michigan, he has lived in Las Vegas, Nevada since 2000. He often draws inspiration for character names from the pets, friends, and family members in his life.
