Dena Brown writes gentle, heartfelt stories inspired by Jedi, the rescue dog she adopted from Husky Haven of Florida. A longtime volunteer dedicated to helping dogs find safe, loving homes, she now shares Jedi’s adventures in a growing children’s series filled with kindness, courage, and second chances. Dena lives in Florida with her family, where she continues her mission to support rescue animals — including donating a portion of proceeds to the Humane Society.
