Amanda Podany is a Retired Army veteran, mother of three boys, dairy farmer and wellness practitioner whose work explores the intersection of consciousness, motherhood, healing, and the human experience.
After serving in the United States Army and later navigating her own journey through war, motherhood, and personal awakening, Amanda began writing about the deeper questions many people quietly carry: Why are we here? What does it mean to live consciously? And how can we heal and grow while raising the next generation?
Her books span multiple series—including the Conscious Awakening Series, Cosmic Awakening Series, and Tantric Awakening Series—and explore themes such as awareness, relationships, parenting, spiritual curiosity, and humanity’s connection to the universe.
Beyond writing, Amanda’s life is deeply rooted in both science and nature. She is a yoga instructor and birth doula who is pursuing advanced studies in acupuncture and holistic medicine. On her small farmstead, she also cares for a herd of Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats—often joking that she has become both a human doula and a goat midwife.
Amanda lives with her husband and three sons, where motherhood continues to be her greatest teacher. Her work is inspired by the belief that healing, awareness, and compassion can ripple outward—shaping families, communities, and the future of humanity.
