J.P. Newman

Janet was born in North London and later moved to Hertfordshire where she worked as a dresser at the Watford Palace Theatre. She then moved to Kettering and became self-employed, running a sandwich bar for fifteen years. On retiring, she decided to take up part-time employment as a taxi driver for special needs children and also found time to write her first full-length novel. Janet loves to paint in watercolour and oils and also loves cooking. As she takes long walks with her Labrador, she plots and plans her next novel. Beneath The Pink and White Rose Bushes Book two is expected to be released on the 20th March 2026.
