Jay Padhya is a Senior AI Solution Engineer and (previously) Senior Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) at Microsoft, specializing in Cloud & AI for the Health & Life Sciences industry. He partners with enterprise customers to design, build, and scale generative AI and agentic solutions using Azure AI Foundry and modern cloud architectures while working across customer's technical stack, customer's data and helping them realize value using AI Stack. With over 9 years of experience in data, AI/ML, and cloud solutions, Jay is known for leading end-to-end implementations—from proof-of-concept to production—while driving measurable business outcomes. He has delivered advanced AI solutions across major enterprises, including multi-agent systems, enterprise-grade RAG architectures, and AI-powered platforms that improve operations and decision-making.
