Krishna Pattabiraman

Krishna Pattabiraman is an embedded systems technologist with nearly two decades of experience in Linux-based product development. His journey with Linux began during his school years and grew into a career focused on embedded Linux, electronics, and building production-ready systems.

Over the years, Krishna has contributed to the design and development of a wide range of real-world products, including telephones, set-top boxes, thermostats, vehicle diagnostic tools, and medical X-ray devices. His work spans the full product lifecycle—from low-level Linux bring-up and kernel customization to system integration, deployment, and long-term maintenance.

Beyond his professional work, Krishna is an avid tinkerer who enjoys experimenting with single-board computers such as Raspberry Pi, 3D design and printing, and electronic prototyping. He is passionate about building educational tools and sharing practical, hands-on knowledge.
