Crystal Lynette Rance is a writer based in Pennsylvania. With more than a decade of experience in sales, leadership, and community building, she is passionate about bringing people together and creating spaces where honest conversations can happen.

Her debut memoir, Mom Truths: The S#!t No One Talks About, explores the raw and often unspoken realities of modern motherhood, including miscarriage, postpartum mental health, identity loss, and rebuilding after life’s hardest moments. The book also features powerful stories from other mothers navigating infertility, addiction recovery, autism parenting, and breaking generational cycles.

Through her writing and advocacy, Crystal hopes to remind women that they are not alone in the messy, complicated, and beautiful journey of motherhood.

She lives in Pennsylvania with her two beautiful children and husband and continues to champion conversations around resilience, community, and the strength women discover when they share their truth.
