Dimitri Nemchenko

Dimitri Nemchenko is a Ukrainian pastor, author, and church leader with more than 20 years of ministry experience. He is the founder and senior pastor of Home Church in Chernivtsi and oversees a growing network of churches.

For many years, Dimitri has personally helped launch and establish new churches in different cities and countries, including Ukraine, Turkey, and Belgium. His mission is to see strong, life-giving churches planted and leaders raised who influence their cities and nations.

While serving as a pastor, he places significant emphasis on leadership development and the formation of kingdom-minded entrepreneurs. Dimitri actively ministers to business leaders, helping them apply biblical principles to vision, stewardship, influence, and long-term impact. He believes that spiritual maturity and responsible leadership are foundational to building strong communities and transforming nations.

In addition to his pastoral ministry, Dimitri serves as a military chaplain during the ongoing war in Ukraine, providing spiritual care and encouragement in times of crisis.

Through his books and sermons, he equips believers to move from promise to possession and challenges leaders to think beyond personal success toward generational and national impact.

Dimitri lives in Ukraine with his wife, Nataliya, and their two children.
