Sumathi Mohan is a certified Reiki Master/Teacher, Reiki practitioner, certified Pranic Healing practitioner, yoga instructor, counsellor, and writer based in Kochi, India. With over twenty-five years of experience as a teacher and lecturer, she brings clarity, discipline, and compassion into her spiritual and healing work.

Her journey into healing began as a deeply personal path of self-restoration. What started as an inward search for balance gradually unfolded into a lifelong commitment to energy healing, contemplative practice, and conscious living. Rooted in the lineage of Usui Ryoho Reiki and trained in Pranic Healing, she integrates Reiki, meditation, breath awareness, and yogic wisdom into a grounded and practice-oriented approach.

From this lived experience emerged Reiki LifeArt™ — a framework that presents healing not merely as a modality, but as an art of living with awareness.

She now offers online Reiki and Pranic healing sessions and provides counselling support, guiding individuals toward emotional steadiness and inner clarity.

Beyond her professional and spiritual pursuits, she finds quiet joy in painting, gardening, and travelling — creative expressions that reflect her belief that healing, like art, unfolds gently through patience and presence.
