Across a 25+ year career spanning GE, SAP, Telefónica, and Tesco, where he served as COO of Tesco Mobile. Andrew led large-scale operational systems where small decision errors compound into enterprise risk. He has also operated inside Silicon Valley startups, experiencing firsthand the pressures of venture capital, rapid scale, and AI complexity.


Andrew is the architect of the Predictable Volatility framework, helping leadership teams diagnose systemic risk, decision fragility, and governance gaps before they become operational failures.
