Ramesh JG Paswan

Ramesh JG Paswan grew up in a single room in Delhi, India,the son of blue-collar workers with no connections and no safety net. In 2005, he arrived in the UK with nothing.

Over two decades, he used the One Goal System to transform his life: increasing his salary by 80%, investing in multiple properties, scaling and exiting a food business, and receiving the Global Inspirational Award at the House of Lords (2025).

Today, Ramesh mentors’ students and professionals across the UK and India through Envision and the Social Mobility Foundation. He serves as Chief Advisor for an AI and human skills platform—and is exploring how AI can help eradicate global poverty.

Ramesh lives in the UK with his wife and two sons.
