Fabian Janiszewski is the founder of Profit Clarity Advantage™ and Janiszewski Bookkeeping Services LLC — a bookkeeping and financial management firm built exclusively for real estate operators.

His path to real estate bookkeeping was anything but conventional. Raised across borders, Fabian developed an early understanding that numbers tell stories — and that the people who read those stories accurately are the ones who build lasting wealth. After years of working in financial roles and watching real estate operators make life-changing decisions with unreliable numbers, he built a practice designed specifically for the way they work.

Today, Fabian works with fix-and-flip investors, BRRRR operators, rental portfolio owners, and residential developers across the United States. His proprietary systems — including the Profit Clarity™ Chart of Accounts, the Six-Question Books Health Check, and the CPA-Ready Financial Package framework — have helped operators across multiple states discover hidden costs, recover overpaid taxes, and build the financial visibility that supports strategic growth.
