Maria Francu is a certified life coach, real estate entrepreneur, and writer who has rebuilt her life more than once. Raised in communist Romania and now based in the United States, she built businesses, worked for major institutions, and created housing for underserved communities, including single parents, disabled veterans, and individuals facing homelessness.
Born with a heart defect and living with a heart implant, she became a triathlete, an embodiment of the resilience and reinvention she teaches.
After years as an entrepreneur, Maria chose a new chapter devoted to coaching, writing, and organizing retreats centered on intentional living and purposeful growth.
She has traveled to more than fifty countries across seven continents and is now on a personal project to visit every country in the world, gathering the wisdom of diverse cultures and sharing those lessons through her blog.
In her debut book, The Transformation Formula, she presents a practical framework for change built on reflection, awareness, clarity, alignment, action, and rhythm.
Her message is simple. Resilience is built. Reinvention is possible. Life can be lived by design, with clarity, meaning, and purpose.
