Steve Sawyer is a senior operations and technology executive, author, and creator of the Facilities Intelligence Operating Model (FIOM). This enterprise governance framework integrates facilities management, strategic sourcing, artificial intelligence, and digital twins to improve performance, accountability, and decision-making.

Across more than two decades of executive leadership, Sawyer has directed operations involving more than 5,000 properties, 65 million square feet, and 16 billion dollars in operating expenditures.
