Alessio Cantarella

Alessio Cantarella (1985) is a computer engineer from Catania (Italy), passionate about art, cinema, travel, and languages. He edited the website and social media profiles for the philosopher Manlio Sgalambro and was a friend of the musician Franco Battiato, with whom he collaborated on the film “Niente è come sembra” [Nothing is as it seems] (2007). With the cartoonist Maurizio Di Bona he published the books “Battiato l’alieno” [Battiato the alien] (2023) and “Battiato l’artista” [Battiato the artist] (2025).
