Ingrid Knight-Cohee, MSc. is a passionate leader in health, wellness and fitness, dedicated to helping individuals and communities move more joyfully. With 30 years of experience across corporate and non-profit sectors, she blends expertise in health management, fitness leadership and exercise psychology to promote holistic well-being. As Director of Chronic Disease Programs at YMCA BC she advances innovative, equitable health initiatives. Ingrid is also the founder of MSINGI, the world's first Afrocentric functional movement practice, designed to make movement more joyful, accessible and culturally rooted.
