Beth Mary Mims

Beth Mims, a career educator with more than forty years of experience, holds degrees in Elementary and Early Childhood Education as well as Educational Leadership. Born and raised in the Florida Panhandle, Beth’s journey has taken her to various states throughout the Southeast. Despite her travels, she consistently finds herself returning to the familiar, fertile land near the salt marshes of the Gulf coast.

Although Beth describes herself as a haphazard gardener, her passion for the outdoors, the earth, and her family shines through in her writing. She and her husband of over forty years are the parents of two daughters and the grandparents of five grandchildren. Through all of life’s busyness and challenges, faith serves as the steadfast anchor that sustains them.

Beth’s joy lies in writing and speaking about the grace of Jesus Christ. A member of Word Weavers International, Beth’s work has appeared in publications such as “A Time of Singing Poetry Journal" and “Cantos, A Literary and Arts Journal". Her debut book, Wrapped in Grace, will release in February 2026.
