Ambassador Apostle Dr. Veryl Howard
Global Peace Ambassador Dr. Apostle Veryl Howard is a powerful, energetic, and versatile speaker, author, actress, casting director, producer—often described as a midwife who helps women birth what God has placed inside them: their next dream, assignment, calling, or step of faith. Her mission is to inspire, uplift, and motivate audiences to walk boldly into their God-given purpose.
Dr. Howard is the founder of Faith Management & Talent Inc., where she has built a distinguished reputation as one of the most successful managers and promoters in the entertainment arena. In addition to managing national recording artists, she has forged an accomplished acting career. She held a recurring role on the # 1 TV series, Double Cross with Dem Gibson’s Films, appearing opposite Taimak (Bruce Leroy Green from The Last Dragon). She also appeared in BET's, The Wesley Christmas Story and The Wesley Christmas Wedding with Octet Films, portraying a pastor alongside notable talents such as Dorien Wilson, TC Carson, and Jasmine Guy. She also serves as a film producer along with one of her clients she manages Michael Chin. Check out documentary "I am She, She is Her" on Tubi now! Additional releases this year "The Seat of the Scornful" and the "Wealth of the Sinner".
After believing her dream of acting had ended due to age, Dr. Howard rediscovered her passion and found renewed purpose in the industry. Her work spans casting, marketing, producing and promotions with record companies, play directors, and film producers. She has collaborated with respected names and organizations including Dem Gibson’s Films, Octet Films, Talented Soul Productions, Michael Chin of Flameous Entertainment, Tyler Perry, David Talbert, Joshua Coates, and Mark Lipsky of Coming to America. When she is not working on a film or managing artist, she is focusing on writing her books. This was a gift that has allowed her to have several number one books.
Beyond entertainment, Dr. Howard’s humanitarian impact is far-reaching. She is a recipient of the Joe Biden Presidential Award for her philanthropic work as well as a Global Peace Ambassador to one hundred ninety-three countries. Some of her honors also include Fox TV How Sweet the Sound, E One/Monarch Record Manager of the Year, the Spin Radio Humanitarian Award, Kingdom Radio Sound Award, Glitz Girl Power Award, Shout the Alarm Award, Holy Hip Hop Award, Preach the Word Worldwide TV Network Award, a Citation Award from the Mayor of Providence, Rhode Island and Keys to the City of Alexandria, Louisiana. She is also an inductee into the Women Songwriters Hall of Fame, alongside legends such as Naomi Judd, Dawn Lewis, and Jekalyn Carr to name a few.
At a stage in life when many would step back, Dr. Howard stepped forward—returning to the runway as a plus-size model during Fashion Week in Milan, Italy and Paris, France proving that faith has no expiration date. A passionate advocate for youth, the sick, and senior citizens, Dr. Howard believes these communities need the greatest support. She frequently visits St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital with the artists she manages and teaches the principle “Your Health Is Your Wealth” as a part-time professor at a Christian university. She credits her greatest personal accomplishment as being the devoted caregiver to her late parents, including her father Bennie Howard and mother, Dr. Virginia Howard—a role that deepened her compassion and expanded her global ministry. Her international outreach has earned her a Key to the Country of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, where she became the first woman to minister at the national stadium, addressing more than 5,000 people. She has led missionary efforts across third-world nations, participated in the Africa Prays for America movement in Washington, DC, and dedicated one of her best-selling books to Ghana, focusing on reconnecting African Americans to their tribal roots. Her global work has included collaborations with government officials throughout Africa and cultural contributions recognized at the Museo Nacional de Chapultepec in Mexico City. Despite her success, Dr. Howard remains grounded in faith. Though ordained as an apostle, she believes ministry extends far beyond the four walls of the church. Known for her raw, radical, and nontraditional approach, she reaches people where they are. She is presently coordinating global prayer events aimed at inspiring world leaders to unite for 24 hours of collective prayer, emphasizing the urgent needs of the world. Her life stands as a living testimony:
*Born crippled
*Survivor of an 18-wheeler accident
*Overcame pre-cancer
*Survivor of domestic violence resulting in six fractured vertebrae
Dr. Apostle Veryl Howard’s favorite declaration remains: “To God be the glory, who gives me the strength.”
