Paul Bruno

Born in Haute-Savoie, France, in 1956, I lived and worked for twenty years in Asia, first in Bangkok and then in Hong Kong, where I founded and ran companies in the wine & spirits sector as well as in perfumery, cosmetics, and beauty.

Upon returning to France in 1999, near the Swiss border, I have since enjoyed a peaceful retirement, close to my wife, my children and grandchildren, which allows me to devote myself to writing. But let me be clear: I do not write to pass the time.

My ambition is to share my experience in France and abroad with my fellow citizens, in order to warn them of the dangers threatening our beautiful count- ry.

My main fields of interest are politics and geopolitics, but I am concerned with all aspects of France’s economic and social life. As of February 2026, I have published three books:

— Les Barbares aux yeux bridés et les autres… The Slanted-Eyed Barbarians and the Others… (2021)

— L’Occident désorienté par le 21ème siècle - The West Disoriented by the 21st Century (2023)

— Les malheurs de Marianne - The Misfortunes of Marianne (2025)

These works are thoroughly documented and draw on my experience as a mature man, as well as on the shock I experienced upon returning to France. What sadness, what a disillusion ! I no longer recognize the magnificent country of my happy childhood. France is dying; it is on the path to disappearance. The 21st century has been catastrophic for our country, as it has been for Europe as a whole. In each of my books, I attempt to explain the reasons for this collapse.

— Despite a provocative ironic title that has possibly been misundertsood, the first book addresses the blindness of french mainstream medias that have consistently degraded China during covid, treating Chinese people somewhat as barbarians, hence the ironic title to mock them. At the same time, our media people are superbly ignoring the islamic threat that is far more dangerous. As a matter of fact, the book addresses the two main threats facing France in this 21st century: China’s economic power abroad, and the Islamist conquest of our society at home. Along with the danger the latter poses to our identity and our way of life, it is indeed our French art de vivre that is at stake.

— The second book describes the decline of the West in general, and the emergence of a new world order in which Europe accepts its own disappearance and withdrawal from History. The turning point coincides with the first few weeks of the century since it happened on September 11, 2001 exactly. Watching the twin towers collapse symbolically called to mind the demise of the western power. The western moment commes to an end. Are western people aware of it. The answer is in the book.

— The third one focuses on France’s specific ailments—those that have turned our country into the sick man of Europe. Nothing is spared, nothing is overlooked: from demographic self-destruction to population replacement driven by massive extra-European immigration; from insecurity and disorder fostered by the loss of authority, to the educational disaster that compromises our future; from deindustrialization, which impoverishes and downgrades the nation, to the abyssal public debt that is suffocating state finances and placing France under the threat of possible IMF supervision.

All these misfortunes are the responsibility of our governing elites, and foremost among them President Macron, who is nothing less than the gravedigger of France.

In a forthcoming book to be published in the spring of 2026, I will show to what extent the Parisian elite that governs us is responsible for our decline and impoverishment. It will have to be held accountable.

Without preaching, I sound the alarm and invite the French people to wake up, to understand what is happening to them so they can roll up their sleeves and set the country back on its feet—and above all, save it from the death that threatens it.

All is lost, all is still possible! After all, Impossible is not French.

I do my best to work seriously without taking myself seriously. Besides my "serious" work I dont discard the opportunity to have fun and to write entertaining lines. I wrote émois émois émois in cooperation with my good friend Lorant Des Biolles in that spirit, offering the reader a compilation of erotic and love short stories for him to have fun.

Introductions are done, Have a great time reading me!
