Beata Matlosz

Beata Matlosz grew up in Poland, where she was deeply influenced by European literature and art. After moving to the United States as an adult, she became an author and educator dedicated to writing imaginative, emotionally rich stories for young readers. Her work blends magic, curiosity, and courage, encouraging children to listen closely to both the world and themselves.

Inspired by nature and her experience in teaching, Beata created "The Friend of Dreamers" series to honor the inner lives of children and the resilience required for personal growth. She believes that stories are spaces where wonder can speak softly and that listening is its own form of bravery.
