Fiona is an entrepreneur, keynote speaker, workshop facilitator, and
executive coach who helps Fortune 500 leaders transform failure into
competitive advantage through resilience and strategic risk-taking. She
is the founder and CEO of the award-winning Women for Impactful
Leadership Development Network (WILD), connecting 25,000 leaders
across one hundred countries, and serves as professor and
entrepreneur-in-residence at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
Recognized among the top 1 percent of women entrepreneurs in the
US and honored by Thinkers50, Fiona has been featured in The New
York Times, Fortune, and Oprah magazine and serves on boards includ-
ing Junior Achievement Worldwide. Fiona and her husband live in
Washington, DC, and are the proud parents of their daughters. When
Fiona isn’t transforming leaders or building impactful organizations,
she is leading Next Chapter walking retreats, reading, and working to
maintain her competitive tennis game.
