Nico Vibert

Nico Vibert is a senior staff technical marketing engineer at Isovalent, the company behind the open source cloud native networking and security platform Cilium. Nico was the Subject Matter Lead for the Cilium Certified Associate (CCA) certification, which helped define and validate the foundational skills required to operate Cilium in production.

Prior to Isovalent, Nico held a range of technical roles spanning operations and support, design and architecture, and technical presales at companies including HashiCorp, VMware, and Cisco. He is a former Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE #22990), one of the industry’s most rigorous networking certifications.

Nico regularly speaks at industry events, from large conferences such as KubeCon and Cisco Live to smaller community forums including VMware and AWS User Groups.
