Arthur Webber is a writer and public speaker from Peterborough, England. In addition to his debut children’s book Jacob’s Transition Goals, he has written for a number of publications including New Statesman, Open Democracy and QueerAF.
In his spare time, Arthur plays grassroots football. He was captain of TRUK United FC’s transmasculine team in their history-making match in 2023. The team won the PinkNews Good News Award in 2023. He also plays for Leftfooters FC, one of the UK’s oldest LGBTQ+ football teams.
In addition to playing football, Arthur is an avid Arsenal FC supporter. He has been a member of Gay Gooners (Arsenal’s LGBTQ+ Supporters Group) for many years and featured in their 2022 LGBTQ+ History Month video.
He currently lives in London with his husband Dan and his dog, Willy.
