Praise for Jon Sheasby and Teenage Dirtbags:

"Teenage Dirtbags is a warm embrace of the music that moved and inspired a generation. Sheasby's love and appreciation for music is illuminated on every page as he recalls artists, songs, and albums that impacted the mainstream and his life." – Booklist

"Teenage Dirtbags powerfully reflects political tensions from around the world, married to the nostalgia of a legacy that changed the trajectory of music." – The Music Mag

"Sheasby has written a gritty retrospective of the alternative music explosion defining the late 90s and early 2000s. This isn't a simple tribute or a rose-tinted look back; the book is a smart cultural deep-dive into an era where the 'freaks and geeks' stood toe-to-toe with pop giants." – Punktastic
