Janine Lequay is an author, change strategist, founder of Soleil Edge™, and the creator of the DO IT Change Method™—a four-stage system designed to address the human mechanics of change.
Her background spans Organizational Change Management and Human Resources across Fortune 500 and international organizations, where she has supported enterprise change initiatives, leadership development, and workforce transitions in varied cultural and economic contexts. She holds graduate and undergraduate degrees in human resources and psychology, along with advanced training in leadership and executive development.
Janine’s work is shaped not only by organizational experience, but also by navigating major life transitions that revealed how deeply change affects confidence, decision-making, and identity—areas that can receive less attention when efforts are focused primarily on timelines, structures, and performance outcomes.
The DO IT Change Method™ emerged from Janine’s recognition that while traditional change approaches provide important structure, they do not always fully equip people to navigate the transition that follows change. The framework evolved through her work in the field and her own periods of transition, and is now a formal methodology, book, and expanding platform of tools and learning experiences.
Through Soleil Edge™, Janine is building an ecosystem based on the DO IT framework, designed to support adults, youth, and organizations as they move through change with intention, stability, and direction. Her work centers on helping people navigate disruption, make grounded choices, and build lasting growth—translating complex challenges into clear, usable systems that support real progress in daily life and work.
Janine lives with her husband and three children and continues to build her work around family life, meaningful impact, and creating change that endures.
