Daniel Harper works in mental health and alcohol and other drug (AOD) support and has spent years working with young people affected by trauma, instability, and disrupted relationships. His background in training and assessment has shaped a practical, evidence-based approach to understanding behaviour, responsibility, and change.
Alongside his professional work, Daniel has extensively studied personality disorders and trauma-driven relationship dynamics. This knowledge is reinforced by lived experience, not theory.
Daniel writes in a raw, unfiltered style that tells it like it is. His work is direct, passionate, and intentionally free of buzzwords, platitudes, or soft explanations. After surviving a psychologically damaging relationship, he began writing to understand what happened, where he lost himself, and how easily subtle harm is dismissed when it doesn’t look extreme from the outside.
He does not write to diagnose, comfort, or sugar-coat. He writes for people who want clarity, accountability, and the truth — even when it’s uncomfortable — so they can make sure it never happens again.
