Chad Parmenter

Bio: Chad Parmenter's poems have appeared in Best American Poetry, Harvard Review, Kenyon Review and elsewhere. His book 'Batmanticism' was published by In Case of Emergency Press, and his book 'When I Was Baptized in Missouri Dirt' was published by UW-Stevens Point's Cornerstone Press. His chapbook 'Weston's Unsent Letters to Modotti' was published by Tupelo Press after winning the Snowbound Chapbook Contest. His prose about poetry has appeared in The Yeats-Eliot Review, American Book Review and American Poetry Review. His plays 'The Rat Trap' and 'The Short Knight' were included in the Comedies in Concert series at the University of Missouri, where he received his PhD.
