Mohan K. Thangaraju hails from Salem, famously known as the Mango and Steel City of Tamil Nadu, and currently resides in Bangalore with his family. He has been married to Sumathi for over 35 years. His son Ranjit and daughter-in-law Dhivya are the pride of the family, along with his two granddaughters, Poorvi and Roopali, who bring joy and light into his life.

Mohan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Instrumentation from Annamalai University and an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources from Vinayaka Missions Research University. His professional credentials include ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma Black Belt, Level 1 Data Scientist, and NIIT-certified trainer in Sales, Leadership Development, and behavioural excellence programs such as The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. With 36 years of experience, Mohan is a seasoned Senior Management and Transformation Professional whose career spans Operational Excellence, Client Experience, Quality Transformation, Data Analytics, Automation, and ESG across global enterprises. He has held strategic leadership roles at IBM, Bharti Airtel, NIIT, and other reputed organizations.

A recognized authority in Quality and Delivery Transformation, Mohan has built enterprise-wide quality frameworks from the ground up, revived stalled Six Sigma journeys, and embedded continuous improvement into organizational DNA. Writing has been Mohan’s lifelong calling. He began writing at the age of 12, first in Tamil, and now writes in English, fulfilling a dream nurtured for over five decades. Today, he is a full-time novelist and storyteller.
