Michael A. Bruggeman

Michael A. Bruggeman has spent more than two decades in executive leadership roles in high-stakes healthcare, leading teams through pressures that don’t show up in leadership theory: limited resources, urgent decisions, competing priorities, and the human weight leaders carry when the work truly matters. His foundation was also shaped by ten years as a pastor, forming a people-first lens that blends clarity with compassion and accountability with care. He holds three master’s degrees—an MBA, a Master of Divinity, and a Master of Organizational Leadership—bringing together strategy, purpose, and practical systems for developing people who can think, decide, and own outcomes. Michael lives in Central Florida with his wife, Kristin, and is the proud father of two grown children. Outside of work, you’ll find him cooking for friends and family, riding his motorcycles, and creating music.
