Arun Kumar Ramasamy

Arun Kumar Ramasamy brings over two decades of experience from the global IT industry, having worked across multiple countries with life sciences and healthcare organizations. His focus later shifted to the Indian healthcare ecosystem, where he identified a critical gap in how physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinics are supported with business systems and tools.

Physiotherapy practices operate very differently from prescription-driven medical clinics, yet most available platforms fail to address these differences. To bridge this gap, Arun founded AeglePro, a practice management platform built exclusively for physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinics, developed in close collaboration with practitioners across India and other countries.

Since 2019, this work has given him a ground-level view of how 100's of physiotherapy clinics operate—where they struggle, how they adapt, and the practical ways they manage challenges related to staff, cash flow, systems, and scale. The Business of Physiotherapy reflects these real-world observations, grounded in lived experience rather than theory.
