G. Scott Freeman

G. Scott Freeman is a science-fantasy author and long-form world-builder whose work explores identity, displacement, and the cost of progress without conscience. He creates layered narrative universes where advanced technology collides with myth, and ordinary individuals, human and anthro alike, are forced to confront forces far larger than themselves.

A U.S. Army veteran and cancer survivor, Freeman writes with a grounded understanding of authority, survival, and resilience. Raised on the science fiction and fantasy of the 1980s, from Star Trek to Transformers, he developed a lifelong fascination with expansive mythologies, ensemble casts, and stories designed to grow beyond a single book.

Freeman lives in Tennessee with his wife Diane, the inspiration behind his heroine Victoria Lanell. He believes imagination is not escapism, but a survival skill.
