Andrew Middleton

Andrew Middleton is the founder of I’m Not Done Yet, a project born from his own experience of navigating work, identity and purpose after 50.

After spending 25 years as an IT professional and management consultant working with large organisations in the UK, Europe and North America, Andrew moved into the charity and non profit world. He has since worked as a CEO, trustee, non executive director and volunteer, often sitting at the point where people, purpose and practical reality meet.

I’m Not Done Yet grew out of conversations with hundreds of people who felt they were expected to quietly step aside just as they still had energy, experience and ideas to offer. Through writing, speaking and community building, Andrew explores what later life can really look like when you stop trying to “fix” yourself and start making sense of where you are.
