Yoan Maisonneuve

Yoan Maisonneuve is an author, cognitive architect, and founder of Blueprint Lab, a living laboratory dedicated to collective intelligence, autonomous robotics, and the structure of creativity. Based in Lorraine, Quebec, he balances hands-on construction work with high-level technical leadership, bridging physical craftsmanship and advanced cognitive engineering.

His work blends technical rigor, emotional clarity, and structural thinking. Rather than building massive models, he designs modular, reproducible, and emotionally safe environments—for robots, teams, and families. His approach centers on dignity, autonomy, and the orchestration of intelligent systems that can adapt, collaborate, and evolve.

Yoan is the author of “How to Talk to AI,” a guide to understanding and communicating with artificial intelligence, and “The Structural Method of Learning,” a framework for deep, intentional learning. His upcoming book, “The Structure of Creativity,” explores the hidden mechanics of inspiration, the cognitive rituals that support creative flow, and the architectures that allow powerful ideas to emerge and take shape.

Blueprint represents his long-term vision: a structural revolution where each module, agent, and layer has a clear role, healthy boundaries, and a shared intention. For Yoan, technical systems and emotional systems are not separate—they coexist, reinforce each other, and form the foundation of meaningful innovation.
