I’m Ryan Steuer — author, speaker, and thought leader who helps school and district leaders turn their vision for real world learning into reality through Project Based Learning (PBL).

After working as an engineer for a Fortune 50 company, teaching 8th grade English, serving as a missionary, and now a decade of leading Magnify Learning, I see something that still drives my work today: students disengage when school systems fail to connect learning to real life. When education works, it doesn’t just change a student — it changes generations.

Through leadership coaching, professional development, and community, Magnify Learning partners with superintendents, principals, and leadership teams to design systems where PBL is not a one-off initiative, but a sustainable way schools operate.
