She’s a contributor to the New York Times, Simply Recipes, and Delish, and was formerly the Food Director of Rachael Ray In Season, Food Editor of Family Circle, and a key member of HelloFresh’s culinary team. Melissa has created thousands of recipes for print and digital publishing, tech, and consumer products. Her first cookbook, "National Geographic National Parks Cookbook," was published in 2026.
