Kate Naess

Kate Naess is an Australian Paralympian, organisational psychologist, and high-performance consultant whose career spans elite sport, corporate, and professional sport. A former para-equestrian turned paratriathlete, she represented Australia at the Rio 2016 Paralympics and captured a bronze medal at the 2015 ITU Paratriathlon World Championships, as well as several World Series titles

With a Master’s in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and over 20 years of experience, Kate has worked with major organisations—including Deloitte—bringing evidence-based leadership development to high-performance environments.

She has also applied her resilience and mindset expertise to elite athletes within the AFL.

Today, Kate empowers leaders and teams to harness resilience, inclusivity, and mindset for sustainable excellence.
