Throughout his career, Bill has navigated both Fortune 1000 leadership and nonprofit governance—serving as an executive in major corporations while leading nonprofit boards through growth and crisis. He learned to build disciplined systems without losing organizational soul.

Today, Bill writes for nonprofit leaders tired of jargon and theory. His books answer the real questions board members and executives face.

When not writing, Bill works with nonprofit boards, often from the road, where he and his wife travel in their RV.
