Matthew Foster, D.C., is a licensed chiropractor, educator, and author with nearly a decade of clinical experience helping people move, feel, and live better. Raised in Southwest Virginia, his path into health care began after personal sports injuries exposed the limitations of pain-focused solutions and inspired a deeper search for lasting, whole-body wellness.
Dr. Foster earned his chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic after completing undergraduate studies in education from Liberty University. He has taught Anatomy and Physiology at the collegiate level and is passionate about translating complex health concepts into practical, actionable strategies for everyday life. His work focuses on evidence-informed care, metabolic health, and sustainable lifestyle habits that support long-term vitality.
Through his writing, Dr. Foster empowers readers to take a more informed, proactive role in their health. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, exploring the outdoors, and continually learning new ways to live smarter—not harder.
