Susan H. Harris did not find this work. It found her.
In the middle of her life imploding - a marriage ending, a career dissolving, a home
being lost - a voice spoke to her that said, simply: there is more to this life. She didn't
know what that meant. She didn't know what to do with it. But when the dust settled,
she began following the question.
The first person she was guided to was a shamanic practitioner - a path she had never
heard of and knew nothing about. That encounter opened a door she has been walking
through ever since. Over the following years, guided by teachers, elders, and the sacred
lands she traveled to as pilgrimages, she learned many modalities and came to
understand something that would shape all of her work: transformation does not
happen through force or insight alone. It happens through the nervous system, the lived
body, and the slow return to inner truth.
For more than ten years, Susan has worked as an intuitive guide, channel, and seer,
accompanying people through the thresholds of their own lives - the moments when
something within has begun to shift, but the outer life has not yet caught up. Her work is
gentle and grounded, shaped by deep listening, somatic awareness, and the
understanding that what people most need is not more answers, but a felt sense of
themselves they may have lost or never had.
Her path as a traveler to sacred places - ancient stones, mountains, temples, rivers, and
the quiet landscapes where the earth speaks without words - has been as much a part of
her formation as any teacher or training. Ireland and Peru, in particular, have left their mark.
Lost In The Truth is her first book. It was written from the inside of the journey it
describes.
She lives in San Diego, where she continues to walk her own edges, guide others through
theirs, and listen for the truths that reveal themselves in the spaces between.
