Jennifer Chatman

Jennifer Chatman is the Bank of America Dean of the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley. She is a world renowned organizational culture researcher. She teaches, researches, and consults with firms on how they can leverage organizational culture and lead strategic change. Chatman is the Co-Director of the Berkeley Haas Center for Workplace Culture and Innovation, the faculty director of the the Leading Strategy Execution Through Culture executive education program, and the co-host of The Culture Kit with Jenny and Sameer podcast. Professor Chatman earned her PhD at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, and her BA in Psychology from UC Berkeley.
