Dr. Vikas Kumar Jaiswal is an academician, researcher, and author specializing in finance, economics, organizational behavior, and strategic management. He is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Commerce at Banaras Hindu University (BHU), one of India’s leading institutions, where he is engaged in teaching, research, and curriculum development.
