Bharat Gupta

Bharat is a Corporate Turnaround, Restructuring and Transformation expert with 25+ years of global experience. He has led (as Interim CEO, Interim CFO, Chief Restructuring Officer) and advised clients on stressed business situations in India, ME, Africa and Europe. Over his long global career, Bharat has been fortunate to work with wonderful mentors and colleagues at A. F. Ferguson & Co., SABMiller, Alvarez & Marsal, AlixPartners and EY.

Bharat is a Chartered Accountant and MBA (London Business School). He has completed courses on AI, Digital Transformation, Equity Markets and Geopolitics. Bharat has been extensively quoted on media on private credit, bankruptcy code and turnarounds.

In his spare time, Bharat enjoys running (10Ks & half marathons), climbing mountains (several peaks above 5000mts and 6000mts), reading, music and spending time with his friends and family.
