Andy Cagnetta is an entrepreneur, author, speaker, and business broker with more than 30 years of experience helping business owners build, grow, and successfully exit their companies. He is the Founder of Transworld Business Advisors of Florida and the former CEO of the Transworld franchise system, one of the world's leading business brokerage organizations.

In addition to his work in business, Andy is passionate about preserving family history and musical heritage. He is the author of books chronicling the legacy of the Favilla family, renowned guitar makers whose instruments helped shape American music for generations and how to sell businesses.

A dedicated philanthropist and community leader, Andy serves on several nonprofit boards and is a frequent speaker on entrepreneurship, business ownership, succession planning, and personal growth. He lives in South Florida with his wife, Allison and has two daughters Lauren and Rachel.
