Alex Byte

Alex Byte is a software engineer and AI enthusiast who discovered his passion for artificial intelligence during his early programming career. Watching how fast AI was reshaping the world, he became obsessed with making it understandable — for everyone, from curious 8-year-olds to busy professionals.

With a background in computer science, Alex writes two kinds of books under one mission: guides that teach kids to explore AI safely and creatively (the "AI for Kids" series), and practical playbooks that help adults communicate with AI more effectively ("Why AI Ignores You").

He believes AI literacy is becoming a basic skill, not a specialty — and the earlier people learn to work with AI instead of being confused by it, the better. When he's not writing or coding, Alex enjoys building small robots with his nephews, hiking, and playing chess.

His mission: turn AI from something intimidating into something anyone — age 8 or 80 — can use.
