Tom Peers

Currently retired, Tom Peers is a pastor and author who has been in ministry since 1979. Tom and his wife Debby pioneered a church in Rochester, New York, where he was senior pastor for nineteen years. He has also pastored in: Lake Worth, Florida; Florence, Kentucky; Portland, Maine; and Portsmouth, New Hampshire. He was also director of operations for a ministry in Phoenix, Arizona. Tom has been a certified church consultant with Church Central (now Church Answers) under Dr. Thom Rainer; and a certified church consultant with Natural Church Development (NCD Survey). Tom and Debby Peers have two adult children with families of their own: son Jesse (Rochester, New York) and daughter Carissa (Houston, Texas). Tom and Debby Peers currently reside in Houston, Texas.
