Arthur Thompson

Rooted in faith and driven by a deep love for people and community, Arthur Thompson is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience as an educator and entrepreneur, serving the public school system as a Crisis Teacher for the last 10 years, mentoring and training educators in general education and autism classrooms, on how to support our students. Arthur is also a restorative practitioner and life coach in Maryland, dedicated to healing and connection. Currently, Arthur is building his educational consulting business, specializing in restorative practices, and developing a curriculum for parent training. Inspired by his ministry of sharing hope, Arthur integrates his core values—faith, quality, professionalism, and service—into every endeavor: a devoted husband, father of three children. Arthur rises early each day to inspire change in his community. His mission is to create spaces where individuals and families can thrive through care, authenticity, and possibility.
