Liz Tarpy

Liz Tarpy is a recipe developer and tester, recipe editor, food stylist assistant, and culinary researcher based in northern New Jersey. She began her food career in high school working at a family-run organic sprouts business. During college and beyond, she worked in the front and back of the house in restaurants on the coast of Maine. It was an internship from Food Network that lured her to the NYC area and she stayed on to work in the kitchen and editorial department for many years. Now, she freelances with a variety of clients and companies in food media.
