I’m a Health and Wellness Coach, care‑planning specialist, and long‑time advocate who helps people navigate the care system with confidence. For more than 30 years, I’ve supported care service users, carers, and families to understand their rights, prepare for assessments, and create care plans that truly reflect their needs and goals.
My work blends practical guidance, motivational coaching, and community experience. Care and support work can be very challenging. I support people living with physical and mental health conditions, including dementia, depression, and long‑term health challenges, to build healthier habits, stay independent, and improve their overall wellbeing.
Alongside my coaching work, I’ve delivered community workshops, and grassroots engagement projects that support for carers and vulnerable adults to make shopping fun, to eat better and support family members after hospital discharge. I’m passionate about making care planning simpler, clearer, and more empowering for everyone.
My books work alongside the Care Plan Assistant App. They are designed to give people the tools they need to take charge of their care journey and achieve better long‑term outcomes. Whether working online or through one‑to‑one home visits, my goal is always the same: to help people feel informed, supported, and in control of their care.
